Looks like a Dart!!
In 1956 the Fairey Delta 2 raised the world air speed record to 1,132 mph ( by over 310 mph ). It was the first aircraft to exceed 1000 mph in level flight! Only 2 were made, purely as experimental aircraft - it was the last aircraft produced by Fairey = both examples still survive, one at Yeovilton, the other at Cosford

Those Hesco units from Gecko look good.AA and Meng do some but not the taller ones.A good Camp Bastion setting, perhaps with the Meng Husky.

1:16, though … If it was 1:35 it would go on my shopping list — I know Academy has one, but I’ll become a fan of Academy kits when they stop making models that get basic things wrong.

That does look interesting!
Dave
Yep it does,
Did a 1/35 one about 18 months ago, they're  SMALL so a 1/16 does make sense.... also, the interior is a great touch, because if you want the doors open it's quite a cavernous space if bare.

Nice looking figures,
Although one thing that does wind me up is that most manufacturers create 'soldiers' at rest who have their finger on the trigger of their weapons, (such as these who are tank riders, and the first bump or jolt from the vehicle would have live rounds whizzing all over the place), and yet anybody who's ever carried a rifle will tell you the finger stays outside the trigger guard at all times until you are in an 'aim position' or actually 'looking down the sights' ready to fire the weapon...there's less chance of a 'negligent discharge'......rant over, apologies... it's the 'old' Weapons Instructor in me popping out again.....(steps down off his soap box)..

Accidental discharge = height of embarrassment.

Trigger discipline is right out the window!
