Just used this product ,Didn't realise it was so strong Have got a massive head ache and my eyes are watering.

Going out later to buy a mask and goggles.

just kidding, it is quite strong, you think thats bad, i have started recently using m.e.k as a liquid glue(got a bottle given to me), now that is strong.

I've used it for years with no problems.Are you using it in a small enclosed space?.If you want to scare yourself read the small print on the tube!.I still think its one of the best fillers on the market.I wouldn't recommend using MEK as that is nasty stuff.
 
Is the green different from the white Squadron putty, I use the white and haven't noticed any smells or had any problems with it...

Having been taken to a medical facility because of MEK fumes i can totally agree with that statment. Horrible horrible stuff. But like Trichloromethayne it is really good at doing what it was designed for.

Ventilation and/or an extractor. Failing that a suitable mask.

It is difficult at this time of year to ventilate properly as it's so bl*dy cold!
