You just go to save it to your bookmarks or whatever your system calls your favorites

Tony, when using DuckDuckGo: when you are on the forum, simply press the three lines at bottom right of your iPhone, then press "Add Favorite". This puts the icon on the Home Screen for the browser, and also adds it to the bookmarks. I don't think you can add it as a home screen as such, as DDG is a type of privacy browser and always defaults to it's own Home Screen.
