Afternoon all

Names bob and an x milmod, this is my first post so please be kind :rolling:

I am a bit of a Stug nerd and am trying to build every Stug Ausf and the different versions per Ausf. Being building the miniart Stug O which was the first Stug and 5 were built as prototypes to test the assault gun theory

Was hoping to do more today but work got in the way

A awkward suspension build for me with lots of small parts many very fragile

Hi Bob,
Welcome aboard wondered where you had got to. It's a good site with the same happy banter and good advice.

hi Bob
Welcome Sir - nice to see you. Looks a nice kit. A good neat start. I think MiniArt kits are generally pretty good.
Jim

It looks very much a field modification, but an unusual one to build.

Hi Scottie and Jim, good to hear from you:smiling3:

Thanks very much for the welcome

I found the instructions are a bit confusing like Dragon and the parts in soft plastic. So a bit easy to damage, however getting there

Hi Peter, I have thanks but much appreciated

Work can be a right pain, but never mind 1 year and 9 months to retirement, yippee

I think it was used to clear streets of rubble etc after bombing raids? Will at some stage have a bash and also a go at the only prototype using steel road wheels

Also got the flame thrower version as well, in other words got a full Stug Stash and packed bookshelves lol

Should be on tablets

Hiya Bob,
Nice to see you here. Nice to see the StuG O too.... A very complicated suspension system to put together, but you’ve made a cracking job of that and tracks!

Great to see your return to Stugville. PaulE

Simon, hope you are well, i see you are still building some excellent stuff!

Young Wouter, delighted to hear from you, have is the Yamato going?

Bob

Hi Bob, same here chap. Yamato is still sitting in her large plastic box on a cabinet in the bedroom LOL

Hi Bob

Good to see you caught up

Feeling OK these days?

I eventually bought one of the MiniArt Stug 0 even after kit bashing one a few years ago.

Its a "Stug's life" still seems to be your mantra.

Absolutely spot on.

Look forward to your "0" getting finished

Regards

Not to bad, slowly falling to bits!!! Just getting over a kidney stone, spending a penny will never be the same lol Thanks for asking

Its not a bad kit, but also working on the Dragon A Stug and better to build, in my opinion of course

Hows things with you, good i hope

Regards bob

Hi Bob, I'll follow your progress, the O series Stug looks an interesting build.
