Andy, if that is the case then you are missing out...................... that is the constant battle with her indoors as to why you want a particular kit. :noyesfight: To be truhful I would not be without her

My wife's okay with it, basically because I limit myself. I have enough to keep me going for about 6 months (maybe - probably - more) but because I tend to buy a few kits for a diorama she has taken to asking where I plan to keep them once they're done. I've told her that there's plenty of space in the loft for them and she seems content with that. My stash currently takes up about half of my side of the wardrobe floor whereas her wardrobe floor (and half of underneath her side of the bed might I add) is covered (3 or 4 high) with shoes and bags! The expense doesn't bother her, we both agree that once the bills, etc, are paid the left over is ours do spend on whatever we want, I buy models and she buys craft things (makes cards, jewellery, tiaras, etc).

I don't mess with her things and she doesn't mess with mine and that works fine.
Sounds like a fair balance.

You need to direct your good lady to my wifes website, she'd love it if she's into crafts and jewellery making, also shop on skye, (Kyleakin), too if you're over this way

(shameless plug I know but the other side of it is that she stocks lots of nifty colours and thicknesses of wire and a few other bits handy for superdetailing, (not that I peruse her stock regularly to see what's useful for modelling).
