Hello all,

I'm back into modelling after a very very long break (30+ years).

I started off with Tamiya M10 Tank Destroyer 1/48.

It was quite hard to start again but I enjoyed every moment, from tutorials to building, painting and weathering.

I'm going to publish some photos, please let me know what you think and what I could have done better.

Thanks.

Fabio

Well Fabio to say its your first kit in 30+ years that is one impressive build there's nothing i can comment on to make it better because its a lot better than i can do well done

Nice one Frea, good and dusty to. The pictures do not show how small this is in 1:48, looks much bigger. Very well done bare metal worn edges to, really looks the part. Welcome back to the best hobby there is. Looking forward to seeing what else you do.

30+ year break????? I think you are misleading us here Fabio, your workmanship definitely does not show you're out of practice! Very nice work!

Fantastic work Fabio!

Looks bigger than 1/48!! Great weathering!

Thanks a lot gents for your comments :)

Those jerry cans looked a bit odd with nothing holding them up to the hull so last night I made a mod using common office staples cut to size, a bit of drilling and lots of patience!

Here are some pics, of course now those holders requires painting and weathering:

Great build Fabio. Nice little trick with the staples as well.

Only one tip from me, well OK two.

Change the date stamp on your © stamp. LOL and post more of your builds.

Fabio for being away from the hobby for so long your skills are'nt suffering at all ,thats a great looking build! I like the trick with the staples too, thanks for sharing!

Cracking build there Fabio, i've built this one a few moons ago and it's a little gem. A very nice start from your 'very very long break'.

Have fun, John
