After finnishing my ferrari f189 I was gonna crack on with lotus BUT I needed a military fix so dug this one out of the stash , started 11pm yesterday and have just finnished it , after getting the vallejo AVF dvd from the scalemodels shop a while back thought I would try a few of the ideas , I normally make 1/35 stuff so working with 1/48 is a big difference I would love to had tried the chipping method with this one but my eyes aint what they used to be , saying that I`m quite happy how this one has turned out and might even turn it into a small dio at some stage

Got my military mojo back now and being my birthday in a few weeks really fancy a british 1/35 sherman from either Tasca or Dragon - what do you recommend gents ?

Hope you approve of the build guys

Richy

Bloody hell richy! started at 11pm last night and finished today!!!AND got a result like this, i wish i could get my builds done as quick! I mean , if i could manage a kit a day it would only take me 2 months to get rid of the stash!!!LOL This is a superb build mate , regardless of how long it took. The weathering is excellent , and it would look equally as good in a dio or as a stand alone piece. Id say the mojo is back with a vengeance! 5 star job. cheers tony

Cheers Tony , I stand corrected should have said 11am mate still not a bad turn around though , you know how it goes mate when your in the zone and buzzing and wan`t to crack on I`m well happy how its turned out seeing I`ve been out the game for a while and it being my 1st 1/48 tank I can`t complain

Not sure if its worth 5 mate but I appreciate it anyway big time shows my modelling is going in the right direction
