well my next one in the Battle for Berlin is called Surprise boy,s,


as the Russian push ever close to Hitlers bunker,a few lines of German


defense stand in there way,oh what a surprise these boys have as there


about to turn the corner after having a clean run,


hope you like the idea for this,


and will be using these kits,

That's a lot of figures but I know you will pull it off brilliantly like the old school Tamiya kits, they build out well. Cheers, Jim

i have never build or made the old Tamiya kits so will be interesting

well hears today update


have the figures glued up and a start on the base,as with most diffidence


brands of figures there is always a little difference in the high of them,


from 5mm to 10mm there abouts,


so to get around this i have put the side street on an angle of about 20mm


slopping road,so that will give more high to the soviet running down,


and have only real change the arms of one of the Germans who is meant


to be looking in his binoculars ,with the soviets on top of you,dont think


you need to be looking in them,

I dont think i ever put some think at right angle,when making a Dio,and i have even


seen the same in yout work,not right angles to the base,

need a little kip been att it for a few hrs,and need to wait for glue to dry,


before moving on,


still need doors window,s and the damaged parts all done,


but finished the cobble stones,

made my owe sand bags as the others do seam over sized and well my may still be a little biggish,


for for less than $ 2.oo ,instead of $15.oo or more,well,


added some rubble,and still alot more to go,but giving an idea of the gun in placement,

have not had a lot of me time to do any think much on anything booo

and thinking of other things and not this one, oh my


but slow is better than not at all and its a fun build,


well have alot more done to the base and building and ,just need to


sit back and look and work out whats next were what go,s and to keep line of sight on the machine gunner,


and let things dry and set before moving on ,

the base work is all but done,just a few small things to go,


and just working on the figures are mostly done,just touch up work and the heads to be done,


and some neating up on them,,

just a side note on this one,i know alot of people do not like the symbols I use,


and there was alot of chat about it all,but it is just history and was what was,


and in no way do i mean to offend anyone with what i do,


the idea for this one come from an old pic of the party office and the movie down fall,

Love the colors you picked for the building, the weathering looks great.


The overall appearance of the base is top notch, again!!.
