I needed to say this and it's not a bad thing.

I had a problem with a few bits from a 1:72 super cobra I was building.

This is the very first time I have ever had a problem like this

I contacted the above company and in no time at all had a response from Susan.

She sent me the bits I asked for bar one so me being me I asked well more a grovel to see if there was a chance I could have the part and as the first contact offered to pay postage as this is only fair.

Well Susan mailed me back and told me the part was on it's way and the next time I pass a charity box please drop somthing in.

All I can say is a massive thank you your a star.

Yes I have to say I have never had this level of aftersales service before. I will use these people again where ever I can.

You are all going to think I'm kissing B**t here but these people just get better relised lost another part emailed and bang theres the part.

My god I think these people should be in politics they really deliver what they say what more can you ask.
