What's he on about hear you say.
I will be making the dapol deltic as if she made into the 90s with a different livery and I have the kit and windows as the kit never had any and also the correct decels.

The Deltics, latterly class 55 under the TOPS code system did make it to the BR Blue/Grey era but they never had the Large Logo livery (as far as I am aware) applied like the 37's, 47's and 56's. I'm interested to see what you do with this livery on this class of loco....good luck.
