This is tamiya 1/48 . A hard and enjoyable model

The wheels and tracks were really hard to do

At last I finished the model, it took 5 days, totally 10-15 hours

I painted it by brush, 3 thin layers, vernich and oil paint. At last some pigments

I tried to create one of 3 tigers which first arrive Tunusia in 1942

Thanks for comments.

I have to thank Kamil Felix Strazbala, ı have seen his tiger model years ago, and its a great reference for me

Nice work gurkanozkan. Some nice weathering, and I like that squashed exhaust shroud at the back. The wheels and tracks seem to have come out well.

Great base great tank love all the damage and wear and tear I have just acquired one of these tamiya 1/35 tiger so I find this very interesting given me some nice ideas thanks for sharing

I thank all of you. I appriciate your beautiful comments.

Sandbags are made by Das model clay. I covered by acrilic paint.

In fact The figure waving is a Japan airbase crew ) I couldnt find a 1/48 german soldier right now, ı have to use that

The flag is paper towel.

Top work! I really like the weathering and battle damage you've created.

Das huh.I havevsome of that but i cant stop it cracking when dry.How do you counter cracks?

Tony, Alex youre so kind, thank you

Aaron, I didnt have a problem about cracking. I add some water to das model clay. Maybe it helps me. Look at this photo, ı did this vignette with a huge amounth of das clay nearly 3 months ago. But theres no problem on it.

Lovely Tiggy, great job

A bit of PVA mixed with the DAS will stop it cracking
