I have on my Sherman the tracks to fit, now italiarie have supplied a kind of rubber track how is best to fit and paint these?

On a Sherman there's no need to worry about sag - they were always kept taut.

For painting the usual applies - primer, main coat & wash. I've always used enamels on vinyl tracks as I've found it bonds better.
