RC plane with a top speed of 120kmh flying through a very long tunnel in Stockholm at 70 kmh controlled from chase car.

I am utterly gobsmacked in two ways-

1. What an incredibly dangerous and wreckless thing to do

2. Incredible flying!

OK call me cynical, it goes with the age, but driving behind the model like that makes the process of flying it relatively easy. There are none of the concerns with reversing the controls as it flys towards you and basically you are in any flight simulator "Chase" mode where you are effectively seeing it from the pilots persepective. All you have to do therefore is keep it in the middle of the tunnel.

Also they were not flying against the flow of traffic so the chances of impact with another vehicle are greatly reduced.

Having said that it still strikes me as an unbelievably stupid thing to do and does nothing to promote the hobby in a positive light.

His lane discipline is terrible too! He certainly put his silly pants on prior to doing that little stunt!

I don't know if it's just me but it would have certainly been entertaining if it'd just smacked into the entrance of the tunnel after the first 50 feet!

As i don't fly Rc stuff (Even with wings, I doubt very much my tanks would fly). I didnt know how difficult it was to do what they did. It looked difficult! from a laymans point of view.

I too waited until the end of the video hoping it would hit a wall or something.
