And so it is done...my longest build to date (2 months).


A thoroughly enjoyable build. Had no real issues with the kit, the odd trim here and there, and a bit of filler to boot...but a nice out of the box build.


Will be looking into getting a Perspex display case (or maybe even making one) for this U-boat. As I have seen custom made ones offered for £160...yeah...no!!!!

Nice job there Andrew. It's been a while since we've had a sub in the completed section.

Nice looking sub, try this site for cases http://www.sora-shop.com/. It is the one I use and the cheapest cases I have found.

Brilliant Andrew! Makes me want to shout "Alarrrrmmmm" really loudly ;)


The detail & painting is superb, the weathering is perfect.
