discussion Vinyl Seats, how to make them look realistic?

Thinking about buying a larger scale vehicle model and wondering about the best way to get the vinyl seats looking realistic.
Seen some very good looking examples especially from the motorcycle builders, so care to share please?

Not sure about vinyl but for black leather you can use a wrapper for an after 8 mint.... Crumple it and it has that lived in look
