I would just like to start a thread to say a big well done from us all to Nigel for getting his new promotion! I sure i echo everyone here when i say i hope you prosper in this new postion and enjoy it!

well done to him but i would like to say it is not really a promotion but he does get a pay rise because of the location of the store and because it is so bad that it gives him a challenge. the sad thing is that the store that he is going to leave is going to miss him very badly

First I knew of it since the interview Nigel so apologies for the delay.

Heartiest congratulations Nigel, not always easy to see positively when you have got something up to where you want it and then you get sent somewhere else to start all over again. Look at it as a big pat on the back and a validation of all the good you have been recognised for.

All the very best with the new store, I hope it turns out productive for you. Christmas will still be a challenge though wherever you are!!
