Hi all I ordered the Bentley for my Christmas prezzie from my missus off john and a couple of hours later I ordered a couple of models for my brothers Christmas. And thought no more of it anyway the models arrived all fine. Tonight I got a refund of 2.99 from John had no idea why as I had everything I ordered so I emailed him and asked what it was for and he said as he sent both orders together he couldn't charge me twice for the postage so refunded it. What great honest service.

He's a top bloke is John I don't know how he does it really , I order something and go for standard post and it's here the following day or the day after , I order from other sites and have first class post and I'm lucky if I get it in five days , how I have no idea maybe he's the modellers God and just makes a wish and we get it

I agree! John gets 100% for what he does both here and in his shop.

Mind you, this forum itself is just as good! I asked about some missiles yesterday. Within 20 minutes I'd got two offers and both lots have been posted today - that has to be just as good as John!

Totally agree. Ive now used John 4 times and each time the service is as good as the last. On one occassion he even chucked in some freebies (tube of glue and some sandpaper). Top class service, wont even go anywhere else now unless either Im desperate or he cant get it in.

Just one odd thing though, perhaps its me.

When he chucks those white chip type packing things he seems to put a single green one. The first time he did it I kept it in case he announced a competition with the winner being the one who gets the lucky green foamy thing. But I got another one, so perhaps not?
