discussion What's next for christmas

Hi all, well I've got loads of big models to do at the moment and my missus has already bought my bday prezzie(Italeri mefistofeles ) and is now pestering me about what I want for Christmas any suggestions (I was sorely tempted by Hellers soliel royal but I've decided it's way out of my skill level) so at about that price range(no dearer) any suggestions, I will build pretty much anything (planes are not really a fave but don't mind sea planes or biplanes) I really am at a loss at the moment, I seem to have all the kits I've been wanting so need some inspiration, obviously would love to do a pocher but that is way out of my price range.

Sorry i can't help you there as i am still working on last years christmas pressi and i still have one from 2013 to look at but i hope you get some thing you like

Hi Ken I know you don't like wingy things but then you said sea planes.


I heard the Heikel 115 by special Hobby is a good kit ( need to save for that in 1/48 scale but there's lots in the derail with the cockpit glazing. Nice big floats and rigging ( your speciality ) and knowing you Ken you'll prob add a harbour or somethings and the choppy Norwegian water to boot
