discussion Who uses other modelling Forums?

Just wanted to see which one of us uses other forums. This is completely anonymous, so don't worry.


However, I will expose that I use Aussie modeller.com due to my nationality, and of course, I use the scale models forum here


Cheers, and please put an opinion in a poll, because this would be quite interesting


I used to use other forums such as International scale Modeller and other ones, but never found them to be as friendly as this forum, and they could be downright harsh and critical in some ways, so 5/5 stars to Scale models forum here, as I have never had that problem- The environment here is very constructive, and criticism is not harsh at all

This is it for me, satisfies my needs and I simply don't have time to read more forums on the same subject. I did join Scalemates though for their stash manager.

Mostly I just post on here, and occasionally on Britmodeller. But I look on many of the others to check out reviews & builds, usually before buying a particular kit.

The acquisition of information by viewing something can still be 'using', hence my comment.

Bingo. For posting and interacting I mostly use this one, although there are a couple more that have some friendly folks.

well with I its only this one,which i was a lot more active on before the changes made,because ,I,m finding it hard to see


more of a list of post,s ,like we were able too,look back ,as I,m missing so much content hear,why go else were and have the same thing,

I'm on a few but this is my main one, it is without doubt the friendliest forum out there, bar none.

I think thats why I have stayed hear,for that reason,even I get my facts not so right at times,someone will always help you out and its shorted with out making you look sill,or some other words,I,m not able to use lol,


I do some times come across others when googling a kit ,as others have said ,for reviews or when you get a Dragon kit and get lost,can look at a build,

I am on a truck modellers forum and in a few truck related Facebook groups where I get to chew the fat with a few modellers that I have actually met and have known for some years but rarely meet up anymore as I don't get to the shows and events.
