I spent yesterday afternoon and this afternoon cleaning and working on my HO Layout. It’s been at least 2 years since I’ve cleaned it and fixed it up so why not change the Main Railroad too so I’m switching to the Erie Lackawanna the time frame around Spring 1962 this is shortly after the merger. The White Two Story House is the “Wortham Funeral Home”. The Lunber yard is “Herbert’s Lumber Yard” named after my Grandpa who owned a Sawmill/Lumber yard in DeSoto Mo. Hope you enjoy the pics. 3978E17B-C975-4A22-BADA-73B4D65F1EAA.jpeg4B5A6946-996D-4668-8F1B-A3B262F8C7B8.jpeg850CC87C-885E-49D2-A5E9-F6CE4B46C8F5.jpeg7F34E1DB-DE98-4284-B317-9E728A875593.jpeg1DC63656-EF4A-402E-A66E-3D6661A20612.jpegC3306F2F-F6B7-45F7-9545-1028C7CFD077.jpeg8A380AEF-F20F-4D36-8485-A6BDE3132A49.jpegDBC05795-A25E-4705-8989-DBD34C4EFCE9.jpeg33FDB035-1895-45D9-8181-31FE01039E3D.jpeg

That is a great layout Lee......I recognize that "Jimmy Cracker box" from the 87 scale forum from years ago. Nice models Sir :thumb2:

Great stuff…..good looking train set Lee, and you can’t beat a personal touch like that :thumb2:

Added this Power unit to the Layout Roster yesterday. It’s a HO Bachmann FA. 3F68A333-4338-422F-99C1-15584E9DEC75.jpeg

Love the whole layout but the lumber yard is great , nice when you can include things like that .

Hi Lee
Within the bounds of realism you can just let your imagination run wild. The personal touch is so nice. A real labour of love.
