WW1 trench scene.

I've been working on the trench and painting has now started.


I started with an overall base of matt black.


I then used several mixes of browns,desert yellowish colour and tan.This was all airbrushed.


Next I will be adding washes and a lot more weathering.

the whole thing is looking stunning,Ralph,the face on the figures just show so much life,and do


real like the coloring on them,


the trench,is looking so good as well,the whole lot just looks great so far,


always nice to see your update,and keep the good progress coming, ;)

If there was a forum 'Build of the Year' award.... Why isn't there by the way ?...... Anyway, if there was, we are looking at it for 2016 so no point building anything else folks.....

I never know how to respond to a comment like "build of the year".There is so much better models than mine on here and there is still 10 months to go:eek: :)

Not my intention to embarrass you or berate anyone's else's superb work. I am just very impressed by good figure painters, can you tell? :D
