discussion WW2...Before and after..

Saw these interesting pics and thought WOW wouldn't this make great subject matter for our new "Buildings" forum 9_9 I myself can think of a few talented members who could really do a bang up job on something like this. Though they don't need to be so grand as these pics suggest, just the thought of morphing past into present is a very unique prospect and one that has piqued my interest indeed. I'm sure even a smaller vignette type of display would work just fine.

there used to be a monthly magazine many mnay moons ago that used to visit battle sites and take current pics and compare them to ones took at the time of battle and give a write up on the history of it all.............wish i could remember the name of it, and i wonder if its stil going
