Hy guys.

This is my latest model. Very nice Eduard kit with PE set in cockpit. I had some problems with decals cause they attach to the surface very quick and after that it is impossilble to adjust them to the right position. So, caution is needed.

Camo is freehand added. It is not perfect job, but I am satisfied.

All coments are welcome.

I think that you have achieved a very realistic weathering finish, particularly on the undersides where you have to be really careful against a light background. Lovely model that anyone would be proud of.

Got to agree, very nice model. These aircraft were not hangar queens and looked old before their time and to my eyes it looks spot on.

Have fun, John

Fantastic job ljubo, i love a nice Yak (no surprise there!!) Ive got this kit in the 'Weekend' edition in my stash, if it turns out half as nice as this one ill be happy , cheers tony

Thanks, guys. I'm really glad you like it. As much as I like the shape of the Soviet WW2 airplanes, they can easy look like a toy. It is because of big flat areas without panel lines. This is my first russian ever and I was afraid of that issue and I am very satisfied with avoiding the toy-look on my model.
