Julie had a pre operation blood test today so fingers crossed it's all OK to proceed.
She's due in theatre at 4.30 pm thursday, only takes a hour, one night in then 6 to 8 weeks recovery. The quicker thursday comes the better!

NO Bob ive texted the nurse who texted me to say she will have to have surgery but ive not heard any more an her sister has been tryin to find out an no joy so it might be more serious than we thought an im very worried

Bob just had a txt from the nurse in norwich hospital an jen has had her surgeury done an is well an can come home as soon as she is up an about great stuff now to get julie sorted on thursday an yes we will have to have our butler uniform on order to look after these lovely ladies

I know what you are going through - Tina was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2020 just as we came out of lock-down - 1 op and 12 weeks of chemo and things are looking good so far. Nothing can prepare you for that news from a doctor but medical science is wonderful these days, and getting better. We found the key was to talk about it rather than bottling it up.
