Ahhh, is this the paper covered foam core? I use that as a base material.


Lots of YouTube videos show an uncovered foam that can be carved or scribed. I assume this is a high density foam like insulation but I don't know if it is available in thin sheets.

With a little water you can remove the paper from one or both sides and emboss it.

thanks papa glad you like it, the kit is a cricking build the only ball ache is the chain and ball armour underneath the turret. Dave if you gently heat the paper up with a hairdryer it comes away without the need to wet it.

Hi guys here is another update, iam in progress on building revells dingo, which will be painted in UN colours ie white. This is where iam up to with it, its been primed had to add a bit more filler.
