Right. I said at the beginning that I wanted this Dwarf to be a bit ‘darker’. As I got into it today I decided to go for a bit of a ‘Romanesque’ look. If I knew how to, I might even have sculpted a feathery crest for his helmet :rolling: but I don’t so I didn’t.....
Due to holidays followed by a wedding I doubt I will be back at the desk for a couple of weeks so I will leave him as he is, have a look when I get back and decide whether to keep going, call him finished or strip and start again.
He is growing on me and I did want a different look.

You have made a nice hob of him, looks good.
When I sculpted him, I did have a version with a crouching dragon as a crest running from the back to the front of the helmet but it proved too complicated for casting.
Have a nice holiday, hopefully near some model shops!Comment

Thanks Peter. No, sadly I will have to spend a week in Spain bored to death sat by a pool. Only my Kindle and a phone full of classical music will keep me sane. However the rest of the family enjoy it :tears-of-joy: Few days after we return we have to go up to Northumberland for a few days to attend a family wedding. June should herald in normality and sanity :thinking:You have made a nice hob of him, looks good.
