One of the biggest issues is that he does not describe the items accurately for his manifests so he avoids paying customs duties. i.e. he describes them as items with no value.

Unfortunately if such an item is discovered in transit then the buyer is liable for the import duty and customs will not be too pleased with such tactics. I know a lot of guys who have had some really good deals from him but you must be aware that you are taking a risk.
