Colin it's never been glued never been near paint this has happened naturally , I know this has happened over the last six months as it was perfectly ok when I changed my man cave around , I built this about two years ago

Have you tried polishing it, both sides? I have used a polishing cream on a canopy to remove scratches and it came out nice and shiny. A polishing compound designed for plastic would be best, or you could try silver or brass polish. If polishing restores a shine to the surface but the canopy is still foggy, the change must be through the whole thickness. Could you get a spare canopy from the kit maker? (But then it might happen again so you would need to ask for advice.)

In that case, it's clearly the Devil's own work - I suggest Holy water. And exorcism...............................

When I started modelling under two years ago, I did actually wonder at first why people used beer on models. Embarrassing!
