I guess you are talking about that bath you put brass in to make it turn black/brown.
If so I would suggest a model rail shop. I am sure that they will help.
On a more adventurous foot, you could try brewing some. I cant remember the ingredients but I have read/seen that its easy and the chemicals are available..
As Ian suggests all the railway modeller suppliers have various blackening fluids. Try the American modeller supply companies as well, a lot do international mail order.
