I agree with all the above, been there got the t shirt, book and been in the movie. Takes a long time but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I still have the odd wobble, but this place definitely helps, you take your time, and come on here for a chat if you need to, you know there is always going to be someone to chat to here. Every Christmas period has bad memories for me, and to be honest I'm glad when it's over.

Hi Adrian,

As others have said we are all here for each other,i get from time to time i get down about something quite minor maybe a bad few days at work or family friction but this triggers off memories of loved ones that have passed on by as many of us know we all like to keep things bottled up i for one do this alot!

For me my girlfriend is my savour at those down times!

We'll all be looking out for your upcoming posts etc, whenever you feel upto it
