I have x2 0.2 needle size airbrushed which are great for detail work but I needed something with a larger nozzle for priming/clear coats etc.
I found this on Amazon, currently discounted to £26.59 😮 Comes with a 0.3:5 and 0.5 needle and nozzle, two size paint cups, spare seals and a small tube of lubricant.
Hard Case for my Eclipse BCS, its original box is rather tatty now.
Had to cut out a bit of the foam to accommodate the bottle feed spout
Tried my Eclipse CS and a little bit would need to be cut out for the paint cup.
Overall i'm pleased with it and can't complain for £12 which included postage.

Seemed too good to miss 😊

I have a very similar one of theirs from last year and it is now my main general AB. Considering the price they work beautifully and you can still get a very fine line with the 0.35. The self centering floating nozzle also makes cleaning so much easier.
Cheers Andrew, I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs. I’ve read some positive reviews but I’m never sure how independent they are so it’s good to hear your perspective 👍
Geoffers - glad I could help. I know a number of other people that have them and they have all reported good experiences. Now there are likely to be 'better' airbrushes out there for a lot more but mine cost me only£40 and I would be surprised if your could find a better one for that price. It really is very good.
OK chaps....so normal service has resumed after last weekend's non acquisition post.
As you may be aware a certain manufacturer has a sale on at the moment, albeit the supposed discounts are nowhere near as generous as they make out, given prices elsewhere.
However.......they sent me a discount for 25% off and I also had just over £5 in reward points with them, so rather than cost £34 delivered as they should have been, the two only set back just over £21! Not bad.
The resin part in front of the Fury, is to correct shape and other issues with the cowling section immediately behind the nose.....given how much I'd saved, I decided to splash out .
These arrived today, all bagged in Airfix’s latest sale.
I’ve had my eye on both the Buccaneer and B-25 for a while. They were both over half the usual RRP at £15.99 each and with my 10% Airfix club discount they were just too good to miss The Bf-109 was added to push the order over the free shipping threshold and will be passed on to my great nephew.
Nice haul....I also have the same Mitchell kit....keep looking at 109G-6 too but as I have built two AZ versions and have a Tamiya one in the stash it seems to be a bit daft to get one of them
New trigger for my Iwata airbrush
Finger tips have suffered some loss of feeling over the years from Raynaud's and thought this might be a bit more tactile.
