Hi si my ex had sleep apnia and was given cpap she stopped breathing mid snore for sometimes upto 180 seconds (I know that don't sound like much but I tell you when listening to it, it is terrifying ) we was told she could die from it. Cpap looked bad but it sorted her out, if they give you that, I. Am sure it will work, hope you get sorted mate, take care.

Not that I can remember Patrick, I tend to dream more early morning, exhaustion must kick in by then.

Sleep deprivation or just bad sleep means that you fall into a catch 22, with more tired and more ill, but never breaking the cycle. Wish you well mate and hope that you get more than a couple of hours, at least some nights.

Yep, that's it Ken, this machine is being sent from Philips Medical and it uses a card to store info and I have to send it off every so often. I hope it works too mate as my modelling is now down to a few mins then a nap in the chair in the shed. No energy and just fed up.

Thanks guys, it could have been far worse. My modelling is suffering due to it as I just cannot be bothered to do much, the damn x-wing and Falcon really took it out of me and builds since have been stacking up due to snatching a few mins here and there, hence a lot of back and forth and stuff having being half built etc.

Anyway, a big heartfelt thanks for the well wishes.

Oh I just wondered coz I have really really vivid dreams, often nightmares so I wondered if there was a link. My dreams are even more tiring than going to work!

Maybe the inhaling some cellulose thinner residue might help ...

Sometimes its the not knowing and the fear that comes with it, is the worse, it affects your mental wellbeing and drags you down even more..... So finding out what the cause is, can be the biggest step to " getting your head right", you now know what your dealing with, im a firm believer in a positive mental attitude, look up, not down and move forward, life is for loving not fearing...... Turn that frown upside down and make your wife laugh everyday...... I wish you a speedy recovery.
