            In Blackadder Goes Forth there a scene featuring General Melchett, Captain Darling and Blackadder and a 1/1 scale model of the ground captured in the latest Big Push.
            On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
            Coming soon: Airfix 1/72 Phantom FGR2.
            Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.

                there was a police whodunnit on in the last few month.....bbc i think...cant for the life of me remember what it was called or who was in it.....the detective built a plane...ju52 as i remember

                    Any one watch "My family "on gold sky channel ? Didn't Mr Harper decide to retire from dentistry and make battle of Waterloo ( started painting one fig then two but he had 1000s to paint and ended up a bit of s calamity!!

                      This might be a bit yucky but in the Saw films didn't jigsaw make models of all his contraptions of death in diorama form

                                In Callan, Edward Woodward is an assassin for one of the UK intelligence agencies. Not quite modelling but he was in to Napoleonic wargaming I seem to remember him painting the odd figure.
