Are there any TV shows or movies you remember that had a character that was involved with modeling, or a scene that mentioned it? Do you remember it as an accurate portrayal, one filled with errors, or did it just stand out to you for some other reason?

One of the characters in the film super 8 was into building models and he explained what he was doing to a model to one of his friends.

In the early eighties there was this show on the BBC called threads it was a docudrama about a nuclear attack on the UK and in one scene there was a kid making a model of an F4 phantom oh and the Simpsons ! Homer and Bart have some farther and son time together and are making a model together , it does not bode well as one side is a model sailing ship and the other is an aeroplane and Maggie for some reason has a swashtika decal stuck to her head , d'hoComment
