    Just a thought, and certainly no reflection o your modelling skills, but what about some light restoration of a model or two ? No fiddly little parts to worry about, just a bit of paint. I might keep you going until you're better.

                      Dad has one its a teeter hangups or something. Have tried it, it's weird as he'll but does work to relieve the tension and let the back relax
