Allen, we do have a room that goes pretty much unused since we had the house extended. The wife says I could use it for my models but for now I'd rather keep the mess and smells outside. Will see if that changes in the depths of winter! :smiling5:

sorry to hear you've been unwell. It brings back memories of visits to the Norther General, where my father was a regular visitor in the last few years of his life.
Hospitals are grim places, no matter how you shade it - full of sick people!
Take it easy, - I guess Vindaloos are off the menu!

Dave, I need to do more research as far as diet goes as the NHS have told me zip. My brother has a long term (non-infected) version of the condition so he should be a good source. He tells me real ale, and beer in general, is fine as it is a good source of fibre. Every cloud and all that...
