As a modern day Scrooge - I don't celebrate Christmas! - I haven't for about ten years - there are too many bad memories of this time of year ( I was popular before I retired, 'cos I'd work over Christmas ).
Sadly you can't avoid being caught up in the festivities, but I avoid them as much as is politely possible.
Christmas? - bah - Humbug!

          Hi Chris

A few modelling bits and bobs and books, but two interesting ones:

A motion sensitive camera to catch wildlife in the garden.

A book called "The Ship of Theseus". An unusa. Concept for a book, rather than try to explain it, here is a photo of the flyleaf:

          And a random page:

In addition, throughout the book are odd things like newspaper cuttings and postcards which i suppose will all add to the story.

Usual stuff, chocks, booze, odds and bits for the man cave, but this year’s biggy came three days early....clostridium dificile...I’ve been as rough as old boots for five days now and the 111 GP still says it’s just a bug....

Yep, if I said “the bottom had fallen out of my world” I would be using all the right words, but not necessarily in the right order.....

I had a replacement distributer fitted as it's a new one it's seems to wearing out all the older ignition parts so it's just a matter of going thru the system and renewing all the parts .
I fact this morning I put a new rotor arm on and it seems to behaving it's self considering I haven't started it three days.
