          Ralph,
Well done, really well done. Now you can start to see what you have lost and what you can gain.
Doing this is far better than winning at Telford....
          Mike.

I know just how hard it can be at times Ralph so kudos for sticking with it.

You are a non-smoker now, you've taken the biggest step, and while it might not seem like it right now it will just get easier and easier to turn your back on the fags.

Maybe think of something as a distraction. Nothing major, just a bit of something you can do to take your mind off the craving. Add a few pieces to a jigsaw, read a page of a book, Google search a random word, anything you can do the instant that feeling comes on that will stop you lingering on it.

Go for a walk, away from anywhere you can get cancer sticks...the exercise releases endorphins and takes you away from temptation....stick with it, we’re all on Team Ralph here....

I keep doing bits a bobs in between painting a figure which I am making a bit of a mess of but nevermind.
                              I will win.
