SandSmodels. They're a two man operation They've had an unofficial association/relationship with Armourfast for years and for a long time were the only people doing AM stuff for their kits, although someone else does it now and AF has an official tie up with them.. They're located in Burnham-on-Sea.

All of their stuff is resin and/or white metal. It's VERY much aimed at the wargaming community because that's their background and so is not super refined but that's not their market. I've had numerous bits from them over the years, most pretty good for the stated purpose but it does sometimes need a bit of work.

Great to model Andy , I did the Russian version. Seem to remember it went together well , tracks were the hardest for me .

Forgive me, Not strictly plastic but 1/1 and pre painted

3 weeks ago we lost our beloved moggie Max, a wonderful friend for 16 yrs or so, sadly we had no choice:crying: that left us with 2 other moggies.

So off to the rescue centre to give abandened cats a loving home

They’ll just need a little time to get used to their new surroundings

Black and whites are always friendly and tabbies are garden tigers. You’ll have fun with those two.

From a charity shop of course. They told me a chap comes in every couple of weeks and gives them a couple of kits that he's opened and added glue, paints, a brush and a sanding board. Must be on a mission to encourage people to take up modelling!
Not terribly cheap at £12, but it's in a good cause (Cancer Research). Tooled in 2010, and on a quick look seems nicely moulded.

An unexpected birthday pressie. Not at all my area of interest but it does say 8+ so I may have a chance to build it. It is made of preprinted and cut, cardboard pieces. It even comes with the glue included. I will roll up my sleeves and give this a go.
