£70-80 - according to Hannants, so there should be cheaper retailers!

ps ICM have dropped a hint that they will be releasing something for the Laffley to tow, next year ( 25mm A/Tk gun? )

Well, I suppose that's not too bad considering it's for 3 models.

The story of these planes is like a plot from a Frederick Forsyth Novel! To replace Mirage III's lost in the 6 day war, Israel ordered Mirage 5s from France - this was cancelled, after being paid for ( arms embargo ). With Israeli espionage, and what is termed '3rd party help' Israeli Aircraft Industries produced the 'Nesher' an unlicensed copy of the Mirage V. This was then developed into the Kfir. South Africa was also under arms embargo & needed to update its' own Mirages. Atlas & IAI cooperated to produce the Cheetah. It's very blurred, the differences between the Kfir & Cheetah, apparantly spares from one can be used on the other - Columbia, Ecuador & Sri Lanka have operated these aircraft - there are also a dozen Cheetahs operated in the US, by a private contractor, to provide adversarial training for military pilots.

Slender silhouette and a lot of raw power ready to be unleashed... Nice aircraft, isn't it?
Always loved IAI capabilities in upgrading IAF a/c while increasing their beauty. Nice to see, nice to fly.

Which was allegedly the French government itself, as I recall.
