I haven't been to the pub since Feb 2020, my new local is only 10 minutes away and I really should get in there one day.
However, with this view plus a JD & Coke in my hand, I'm not overly fussed.....

Not wishing to be a kill joy, but my son suggested a beer at a re-opened pub near him a couple of days ago.

I love a pint, but I had to politely refuse. To me, it's all too early, and yes, I'm still very nervous of the 'Situation', even though I've had both my jabs.

Luckily, we can get away in our camper to the middle of nowhere. With no one around, I feel safe in such a place. Then I crack a beer - And how!

Exactly all of the above, except for the camper coz I won't let Carol have one.

That was a double take moment for me Ron. I read the exclamation mark as an “L”......then I thought it might actually be what you meant and it was in fact a typo!

Been having pints ever since the covid thing started.

The pints are every where in Jersey . Every other field.

Just take your glass with you sidle up to a bovine friend.

And pull a pint from a Jersey Cow.

Best way Ron. Caution & relaxing things to quickly puts all & sundry at risk. That includes businesses which owners see to think it does not happen to them.

Jersey over 14 days we have 4 cases. 2 were coming in on aircraft.

But despite 2 jabs we keep masks on unless no one near us. Our lifts only one a time unless your wife (let her in on humane reasons).

Complain bitterly ALOUD at people in shops with out mask. It is the best way too get shot of this nasty piece of work.

Stitch in time saves nine. Nothing more appropriate.

Most "pubs" in DK are just drinking holes. Those that have made an effort are mostly prefixed with 'the old' or 'ye olde' English or Irish pub. And have as much to do with an English or Irish pub as a Beef steak in a Vegan salad.
Oh ye of little faith! Should you come to Stansted Airport ask the taxi driver for the Three Horseshoes at Molehill Green (Not Mon or Tue). Great beer, great food, great company and the best craic in Essex! Call me and I'll do the Intro's!

Should've flown out of Stansted last year on the way to Tallinn for a holiday - I'll remember that for when we do finally get to go!

Al-fresco here? You'll be sticky by the time the first pint arrives. Anyways we order by the jug or tower. The last time I remember you can order by crate. We Asians just can't sip beer so finding a real pub is hard.
Kept away for the last 2 years and will continue with the current situation and its getting worse with the bew strain...I have a family.

                        Cheers,
                        Richard
