    Wow, Superquick! That’s state of the ark technology Bobby. They must be fifty years or so in production now. They build up well if you touch in the cut card edges with paint, though they are a little 2D in appearance.

      the real interest is what is in the title boxes... Motivated by the fun of the flats I started, I ordered a few more from Germany, two sets;

      The first is a beer cellar scene;

      The photos are all screen shots off the Berliner Zinnfiguren we site.

      all of the figures are 30mm, but really besutifully etcheded and cast - I hope I can do them justice when I start to paint them.

          I will be really interesting see how you get on with these. A couple of questions if I may Peter. Have you got a link to the site? How much did duty add on?

                  Hi Tim

                  here is a link to their website - the range of flats is amazing. https://www.zinnfigur.com/

                  regarding duty, they surprised me by actually deducting the German VAT, at the moment, but things will change within a year or so, we do not have any VAT in Guernsey so the price I paid was 19% less than the website price.

                          The postman cometh! I can't wait to play with the IBM Fw190s; they are stunning.

                          Why so many Panthers?! Its my club 2022 build. If anyone lives in or nearly Solihull, we meet on the last Tuesday of every month in the 10 High Street Nec, Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull B92 0AA England. Anyone is more than welcome
