somethings were reasonable.......some were stupidly high.....case of doing the homework before hand, working out the max you will pay, cos you dont have time to work it out when its happening......i would have had more if it wasnt for me thinking 'shall i or sharnt i?'......do that and its too late! lol....youve just got say 'sod it, im having it'

there was a guy sat near me who was obviously a dealer cos he was buying anything that took his fancy and was happy to push the price up to more than the rest of us were willing to pay

As you say mate - many moons ago; the noise and smell still remains undiluted even after all these times though I suspect!

                    Cool, I like Matchbox kits

                    From Germany today arrived this:

With no thanks to the mail company, which claims it tried to deliver it a week and a half ago “but nobody was home.” Yeah, right. For some reason it did show up at my door today, despite being marked for return to sender because I hadn’t collected it … of course I hadn’t, because they hadn’t told me it was supposed to have been delivered … sigh … I’m very puzzled by all this, but will go and complain to them in a bit.

In any case, I now have the accessory I’ll need for the M32B1

And an hour or so later:

I need this for just the driver’s compartment interior, but as I mentioned in the M32 thread, buying a full kit that can be built without those interior bits is about as expensive as buying a resin set with just those bits …

Not used them yet,(obviously!),but on close inspection they seem pretty promising:thinking:.....
.......Also,in lieu of the forthcoming "Spitfire" GB,i wanted some groundcrew,(Want to place the Plane on a small Dio),i already have an ICM Kit for the build, and found a well reviewed set, also by ICM,for about £10,"Bargain" thought i:thumb2:,luckily though, before i clicked to buy,i continued to browse....... and THEN i came across exactly the same set of figures, but this time they`re included with an actual Mk IX full kit:surprised: ...... and for the princely sum of £16 :dizzy:..... so,£6 for a full Spit kit!!:flushed:
                                Therefore,(and NO,i didn`t need the Spit),i thought,"Sod It"....... and sacrificed a few more of my Devonian Groats:blow-kiss:.........
                                ...... ere tiz.......
