Nice haul Crazy Man and sorry I couldn't come to your show. I too have a steaming wallet from the WME Nick.....My haul from Friday,
The Föhn, ammo and connectors from Blast Models was a prepaid order I picked up there to save the postage. Quick connect for my Aztec AB so I don't have to change the air hose from my Iwata. Of course I gotta have my Friuls baby and they were cheap at the show. €22 a pop! My haul from Saturday,
I know!!! No kits, no kits, no kits is my rule.....I only bought 2 1/2 kits and am proud of myself just the same. The 1/2 kit is the Hanomag tractor as the box is so small...The catch tray was a free gift for the 2 punch sets I bought from RPToolz and the Flex-I-File stuff is much needed and useful. Mr Surfacer 1000, blades and reference books were also needed things. The rest of Saturday,
Trees from a new company in Prague and really well made. Lastly the dio base for my GB Mossie..........The Overloon Museum has a small hobby shop about 100 meters from the entrance. A wonderful elderly lady runs it and you could spend hours looking around this small shop as there is so much packed into every nook and cranny inside. I couldn't leave without buying something as it would have been very rude not to,
Mixing jar, wash mixing pallet and plastic beads for my Tamiya paints instead of the metal ones. The book for my 1/32 Revell Ju-88. Oh and in the museum, I got this on the way out in the gift shop,
You know I love my Kitty's and have always wanted this book. It's the only thing bought by credit card.............................
Fernando, on the other hand, his wallet and credit card are still in flames!!!..........
Prost

Andrew, I put money away for this show the whole year long. When I go to the show, I snatch it up and stuff the cash in my wallet. I even came home with cash in my wallet.......Believe it or not!!!..............
Mr. Smiff, Nick got that name from me back in 2016 when we met at the Euro Militaire in Folkestone and drank a few cold ones together!!!Life's to short to be a sheep...Comment

Nothing particularly exciting but the usual first class service from John. Two aerosols of the best airbrush cleaner on the market in my opinion :smiling: A scriber. Three tins of metallic enamel for dry brushing.

One query. The Liquid Reamer meant the parcel had to be sent by courier rather than Royal Mail. The courier was a man in a van and Royal Mail is a man in a van - what's the difference.???Comment

..... It just seems to me that you're catching him up in the stakes somewhat!!Comment

https://postandparcel.info/51769/new...nd-aftershave/ Note 2012, at which point they are allowing some aerosols to travel in the mail, so all were banned before this update..Comment

An ebay 'gamble'
Description was ' 1/350 WWI German cruiser & torpedo boat, no box no instructions' . I recognised the one on the right as either the Emden. or Dresden, from Revell & the only 1/350 WWI German torpedo boat is from Mirage. I put a bid on, hoping that no-one else would identify them - which was the gamble!.................
Yes, they arrived this morning - The Revell Dresden & the Mirage A86 Torpedo boat - I downloaded the instructions from Scalemates - and all parts are present!! I paid £21 delivered - the Revell Dresden is becoming pretty scarce these days, so I'm pretty chuffed about that! No box or instructions, but I'm a builder, not a collector!

My point about John not being allowed to send the Premi-air Reamer by Royal Mail was that the process of delivery is the same for Royal Mail and for couriers. Surely they are both covered by the same rules. It seems unfair if couriers are governed by less strict rules.
