.... and so to my latest INDULGENCE necessary buy:tears-of-joy:,
Since doing the Spitfire, and whilst doing the Mosquito,i decided it would be nice to try and do a model of each of,(what i consider to be),the Iconic Planes of WW2,to that end i searched for a "Hurricane":money-face:,didn`t want to splash out too much as i`m not really a Wingy modeller, but after Tim`s suggestion i found this on "Kingkit" for a very reasonable outlay.....

We'll know, a fiver each and we won't tell......
As an aside I met the last surviving BoB pilot in his nursing home last year, he flew Hurricanes.
There was a bit of a fuss made over him at the IAC celebrations a few weeks back.

Nigel's Modelling Bench did a review and he seemed well pleased with it
Looks like there are a certain age range of us modellers that are looking at a trigger AB

                      Me included!

As already requested , let us all know how it goes once your modelling room is finished

                      Regards

Hi Steve hope you and family are well

Yes my age is a factor, years of spanners, rackets and lifting have taken there toll

Really like a trigger brush, the Iwata TRN is great. Only issue I can find is the threads on the medium cup is very fine, might not take much to strip the thread

I keep hearing about this make and looking at their web page the replacement parts are quite cheap .They do a tip and needle that fits a Neo at virtually half the price of Neo by Iwata .
That .8 would suit me , think of all the 4BO I could hurl about !
Nice socks by the way :smiling3:
I knitted the socks over a few cold winter nights, thus years plan is nice wig they are Iwata stockists and the service is excellent.

Sadly they do not do a large bucket attachment John

You have to watch out, and make sure that your air compressor can give you an adequate volume of air. I once tried a larger airbrush & the compressor simply couldn't push enough air through the larger nozzle as soon as you pressed the trigger, the pressure just dropped & the compressor was running full tilt - rather than atomise the paint, all that happened was a random spatter of blobs. The larger airbrushes need almost industrial size compressors to work correctly. I think my AS186 can handle about 25 litres/minute, so you'd need a much higher rated compressor
