Hasegawa plastic with Cartograph decals, I’m very pleased.

    Geoff.
I love Skyraiders - mmm, big ugly brutes, but so good at what they do! (Did I sound like a sailor then ... ?)

And finally, I'd made the usual "No more kits" promise to myself, but somehow this found its way into my bag:

I reckon it's the best I've used. Don't try painting it on - put a blob onto the area to be masked and use a pointed cocktail stick to push it into corners and edges.

That Walrus kit looks nice Ian. On my wish list.

Loving the walrus…..I took a few shots of the one at Yeovilton, quite a crude aircraft close up. If you need any when you get to the build, just let me know.

The box art shows that bin on the right-hand side, so they didn’t just recycle a painting from an AH-1G without the M35.

1996 Revell reboxing of 1990 Pit-Road model ( later by Dragon as well ).
                    - rather stingy with the planes! a TBM Avenger & a F9F Panther & that's it, but I do have a few appropriate spares.........
A 'best offer' of £15 delivered was a very good price, I reckon

Not the most exciting, but very useful - a number (more than shown in the photo - of wargame bases made from 2mm MDF, three size: 6cm x6cm, 6cm x 8cm and 6cm x 12cm which are for my 1/285 micro dioramas. previously I made my own using 5mm MDF but saw these and for a few quid they are all exactly the same size, and a lot less effort. i will mount them on small pieces of oak.
