I bought this kit cheap because I can't find the AFV kit of their roadwheels/track set AF35043 and I needed the 2 A sprues,

These went into my AFV 251/21 'Drilling' kit which was missing them. If one day I do find the set AF35043, they'll go into this kit. The next one is interesting as it's sold as a bulge pack and comes without destructions and the regular carton,

It's a re-make of the 2005 ICM kit by Revell. Revell re-made this in 2013, and again in 2021 (with paints & glue). The decals are dated 2021 and I have already gotten the destructions downloaded. Best thing was the price.......€16 delivered...An offer I couldn't refuse!!!...

      Prost

So Younger than me, do I take it you are going to add the Panther hull to the half track and have 'Alf a Panther' - I'll get my coat, someone start the car....

I have thought about that Pete. The prob is the kits were evilbay buys, with no guarantee. If I just tried to order the set from Taiwan, it would end up costing more than it's worth or finding something cheaper on evilbay......
          Allen,
Try Dawn Grocery, I have dealt with them a lot and they offer a good service, they advertise on evilbay mainly.

The vehicle actually existed and isn't a 1946 thing. 3 of them were captured around Fallingbostel, Germany in 1945...

Oh, and the Kubelwagen in the stash is needed for something else................

                            Hi all

So I recently got round to making sure the most recent wingy arrivals all have canopy masks.....as the Italeri Stirling was only released in July, I've had to wait a few months for Eduard to even make them.

Had to order from a supplier in Poland I've used quite a bit. They were the only one had all of the masks in one place....and in a couple of cases the only supplier that had them at all....and they were cheapest where someone else did have have them, so no choice. Their P&P though is actually pretty reasonable (less than £4). I also had quite a few points with them from previous purchases and so the cheapest mask was actually free.

The Halifax mask also contains the masks for the roundels and plane ID letters. I could find no masks for the Airfix Hampden and so took a punt on the set for the Valom offering.....hope they work ok.

As for the etch for my Stirling....why not! :smiling5:

After my original quick release coupling for my airbrush packed in the other day, I realised how much hassle it saved me in changing & cleaning the brush ( not having to bleed the tank down ). Couldn't do without it - so £5 delivered is really worth it - an essential airbrush accessory!
