Nice , lets hope its a good one , modellers all over have been moaning about the lack of a large scale hurricane , and no doubt theyll be lining up to slag it off too ! Probably be followed by a mkII c , basically only need to add the cannons .

Yes dave they had an extra two per wing , just outboard of the landing lights , the other 8 were in the original position . Hopefully Revell should be able to either alter the tooling or provide seperate wing leading edges to allow the mkIIc to be made later on .

You can see their positions in the photo with the model announcement: the red stripes on the leading edges cover the ports for the machine guns.

I knew the red bits were covers but I thought the inboard ones were either two or three guns each with a single gun outboard - giving either six or eight guns in total. You learn summat new every day!

A combined boxing of existing models, to give 'a diorama in a box' Bet this comes at a hefty price!

Happy New Year to all - my first spot of the year!

Interesting vids Dave. For those interested in this subject that haven’t been, the FAA museum at Yeovilton is well worth a visit. It has a very good shop as well.

There is a preview of this over on The Modelling News - Here . I can see why they have done it - generate more money, but it doesnt work as a scene for me. The figure interaction(s) just seem strange, are they from the original kits or a new set for this release, i suspect the former as why would three of the tank crew be ignoring the conversation and looking straight ahead and the Krupp driver staring in the other direction and holding the steering wheel for dear life.

I just noticed on Scalemates that AFV Club has announced an M110 for this year:

And, apparently, a separate set of track links to go with it:
