I have enough other kits to build that I’m not rushing out to buy the M29 to convert it, but I am holding out hope that Takom will release the C as well, or at least that someone will do a conversion set soon :smiling3:

I've used superglue debonder on a lot of resin and metal parts that I'd messed up.It does work.Loads of clean up but no major damage.

I’m not sure anymore, but I think I may have used two-part epoxy for it …

Wrong Erebus for my interests, unfortunately, which IIRC is the one that did this to the local church. Also an odd scale, but maybe modellers of these kinds of ships don’t think so? Or maybe don’t care too much?

Another odd scale, but I think I said that before. 1:32 would make much more sense, people would buy it to display all kinds of aircraft models on.

Wow!! What a fascinating 15 minute read that was, thanks for posting that up Jakko!
Just shows what saturation lengths the Germans went to in their building of defensive positions, and the turmoil/upheaval that their presence had on innocent,"everyday" folk.
R.I.P. Also, for the fallen 100 Royal Marine Commandos.

Just a non-modelling note (aka food for thought) : HMS Erebus brought back to my memory a very amusing book "Solomon Gursky was here" by M. Richler.

That’s in the campaign for Walcheren as a whole, though, or perhaps only this side of the island, but not here in the village, as that was liberated with no actual fighting.

                              New Tooling..............
The Fi-167 was designed for the Graf Zeppelin aircraft carrier - when that was cancelled, the completed planes were put to other uses. No idea if there is any differences, other than decals. The German version could carry a torpedo. " Are comming"? translation error?
