Sticking with the Vlissingen hotel theme …

I was at the museum in Westkapelle today, for something to do with the LCA I’m building (all will be revealed later!
) and browsing the museum shop, came across that book. The meaning of the title is probably clear already, but it translates as Bunkers around Hotel Britannia 1940 - 1944: German naval headquarters in the Battle for the Scheldt. Written by two of the eminent local military historians and the son of a third (who (the son) is also the secretary of the bunker preservation society), so I have faith it will be well-researched and accurate.
Edit: Leafing through the book, I noticed two things worth mentioning here. One is that it includes some photos from the interior of a restored bunker in Peter Gillson's part of the world (to illustrate what the interior of the bunker under Britannia would have looked like inside), and the name of the Italian who first painted the ZIMMER FREI, is Livio Scaïni
